Everything you need to know to rent from us

We want to make your experience with smooth and top notch. Therefore we have summarized some of the most frequent questions we get.
How do I rent accommodation?
Start by filling out our booking form with the specific requirements you have. We will contact you and present the options we have to offer. It is important for us to find as good a match as possible and therefore we like to discuss all options and alternatives before we enter into an agreement.

Why should we book accommodation through you?
We have broad experience from the real estate industry and helping companies/businesses with temporary housing. We have a good mix of properties that we own and properties that we rent out for others. Our business backgrounds are steeped in customer service and client satisfaction and we are very keen to build good and long lasting relationships with our customers.

What does it cost to book a furnished corporate residence?
Our prices vary depending on where you want to live geographically, how many beds you need, how long you require to stay, etc. Get in touch with us via our booking form (it is not binding) and we will contact you with more detailed information.

Do I have to pay full months when I book a business stay?
Not necessarily as this depends on the type of accomodation. With our own hostel we can rent accommodation from one day to the next. When it comes to houses or apartments, we can discuss your requirements and different options.
Can I cancel my booking beforehand?
This depends on the situation. In the majority of cases contracted agreement applies. Sometimes, however, there are other tenants waiting on accomodation who can take over a booking. Contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Can I extend my booking?
We always try to meet your needs and should you wish to extend the booking we will do our utmost to solve the situation. If it is not possible to extend a stay in the existing accommodation, we will try to find other options for you.

What is included in the price?
Our accommodations are always furnished with the number of beds you require and other standard furnishings. Kitchens are equipped for self-catering, and include a microwave, toaster and coffee maker. We provide two sets of bed linens and towels. We can also offer housekeeping such as regular cleaning and linen changes at competitive prices if you don’t wish to do this yourself. Final cleaning is included in the price. The price you get is a fixed price and includes all normal operation of the home.

Why can't I book with you directly online?
Since we primarily provide housing that we do not own ourselves, we want to have the opportunity to speak with both you and with the property owner in order to meet the needs of both parties. Fill in our application form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Will there be parking available?
There is parking available at the majority of our properties. State in your application if you require parking and how many places and we will do our best to sort this.
Who cuts the lawn if we rent a house?
In a standard contract for a house, the responsibility for mowing the lawn and shovelling the drive lies with you as the tenant, but it is possible to add extra services into your agreement. In the application form, indicate which extra services you are interested in.

Can we get help with cleaning?
Absolutely! We are more than willing to help with several extra services such as cleaning, lawn mowing, snow shovelling, laundry services, linen change, etc. Just indicate in your application form which extra services you are interested in.

How do we get keys and information about the accommodation?
We always meet you on arrival to jointly go through your accommodation. The purpose of this is to verify the condition of the property and to obtain information about it. You will also receive written information about everything that you need to know in order to settle in as quickly as possible.

How fast can you arrange accommodation?
As soon as we receive your application, we start our search to see what is available. In most cases, we get back to you promptly, but sometimes we need a few days to find something suitable. The sooner you get in touch with us the faster we can start looking for you.

Where are your business homes located?
At present, our homes are located in northern Sweden with focus on Skellefteå, Boden, Luleå and the surrounding area. We try as far as possible to match your needs with proximity to workplace, shops and other services.

How big are your business homes?
We provide housing of all sizes, from single rooms to apartments and houses. Please state in your application form how many beds/size of property you are looking for.

What happens if something breaks in the corporate home?
If the accident should occur or something in the home does not work properly, report it immediately to our office and we will help you. In consultation with the owner, we agree on reasonable compensation for damaged or destroyed items. Should an acute problem arise after office hours, we have an emergency number so help is always available.

Do you have animals in the corporate housing?
No.

Can you smoke indoors in the corporate housing?
No. Smoking is prohibited indoors and if you wish to smoke outside the property please us the designated ashtrays.

How about laundry?
Washing machines for private laundry are available. If you need to wash work clothes, we can help you arrange it with our partner http://www.norrlandstvatten.se/
